RouteNest is operated by an individual under the RouteNest name. References to RouteNest in these terms mean the service and its individual operator. Contact the RouteNest operator with questions about the service.

Your account and workspace

Use an email address you control, keep your password private, and invite only people authorized to access your business records. Workspace owners are responsible for the information they enter and the access they grant to team members.

Acceptable use

Use RouteNest only for lawful business activity. Do not attempt to access another workspace, disrupt the service, upload malicious files, or send unwanted messages. Upload only records and photos you have permission to use.

Working with business records

Review addresses, stop orders, service details, and financial information before relying on them. RouteNest helps organize your work; you remain responsible for your business decisions, customer commitments, and keeping necessary copies of your records.

Service and paid features

Availability and features may change as RouteNest develops. Any paid plan or payment requires a separate checkout showing the price and applicable payment terms. Creating an account alone does not authorize a charge.
