Before your first route

A few good questions.

Have something else in mind?

Talk to RouteNest
Who is RouteNest for?

RouteNest is for service businesses that return to customer locations on a schedule. It brings customer records, recurring service stops, routes, and technician visits into a shared workspace, whether you work on your own or with a team.

How does RouteNest handle recurring services?

Save each service’s frequency and assigned weekdays, connect stops to customers and routes, and choose the visit order. Today’s work lists recurring stops on their assigned weekdays, including every-two-week or monthly services. Technicians check whether a service is due before starting; the work list does not automatically hide stops between due dates.

Can technicians use RouteNest on a phone?

Yes. Technicians can open their assigned work in a mobile browser, read instructions, open directions, and record visit status, notes, and photos. No app-store download is required.

What works when a technician loses connection?

Open Today’s work while online to prepare the current day’s assigned stops on that device. Prepared instructions remain available, and visit statuses and notes can queue until connection returns. Photo uploads and external directions need a connection; an expired session requires sign-in before syncing.

Does RouteNest automatically optimize driving routes?

You control the stop order. RouteNest supports saved sequences and a straight-line distance draft to help review an order. It does not calculate traffic-aware routes, driving-time estimates, or guaranteed shortest journeys.

How do I get started?

Create an account, verify your email, and set up your first customer, service, route, and stop. Team members need their own accounts before you invite them to your workspace. Creating an account alone does not authorize a charge; any paid plan requires a separate checkout showing its price and terms.

What does a workspace cost?

When paid enrollment is available, one workspace costs $39 USD per month plus applicable tax, including 5 named people including the owner, 250 customer records and 10 GB of attached full-size photos. Eligible owners can start a 14-day trial without a card; it never charges automatically. Plans are available to US businesses, subject to workspace eligibility. Cancel renewal online; there are no automatic overage charges. An operator-granted complimentary workspace requires no payment. See Terms for renewal, cancellation, refund and access details.
