Who operates RouteNest

RouteNest is operated by an individual under the RouteNest name. The operator manages the service and handles privacy requests. Contact the RouteNest operator with questions about your information.

Information in RouteNest

RouteNest stores the account details and business records you enter: customer contacts and addresses, routes, scheduled work, service notes, photos, inventory, and financial records. It also stores account security events and a history of record changes.

How information is used

This information is used to operate your workspace, organize work for your team, deliver account emails, protect accounts, and respond to support requests. Invited team members can access information according to their workspace role and assignments.

Service providers

RouteNest uses Vercel for hosting, Neon for its database, Amazon Web Services for file storage, and Resend for account and support email. Features that use Stripe payments or OpenAI require separate configuration; when enabled, information needed for that feature is sent to the relevant provider.

Cookies and device storage

Sign-in cookies keep you signed in. Browser storage remembers preferences and may retain unfinished form drafts on your device. Sign out and clear site data on shared devices. Location and camera access are requested by features that need them.

Record history and deletion

Deleting a business record does not immediately remove its change history or backup copies. Contact support for account closure, data access, corrections, or deletion requests. Avoid entering information your business is not authorized to collect.
